ZPS Pallete Changer

ZPS Pallet Changer on the machine reduces unproductive time during machining. Machining can be carried out on one pallet, while the others can be used for preparation (cleaning of table, set up of work-piece).

Pallet clamping system at zero point. To clamp the device on the table, built-in modules are provided. The number of removable pallets is not limited. 

• The pin is kept in position by two pistons.

• The pistons clamp the pin by the power of eight springs.

• The pistons are released pneumatically.

• Suitable for all types of Fermat machines.
